Tracy has worked in the local area as a clinical dietitian since 2007 and enjoys working with her clients to support their health and nutrition goals. She has a very wide range of experience in helping people to make sustainable dietary change for the effective management of their health conditions and their general well-being.
Tracy particularly enjoys working with mothers and babies with complex feeding issues, food allergies and intolerances and has specialised skills in these areas of clinical practice. She is currently completing a PhD at the University of Queensland in paediatric nutrition, specifically infants with functional gut problems and food allergies.
She has also enjoyed a varied career in Public Health Nutrition, working on national childhood obesity policy. Tracy has also worked as a Public Health Epidemiologist and currently combines part-time work with research/study and family life.
Tracy is a proud mother of three adult children and very proud grandmother to two active little boys. In her spare time, she enjoys tap dancing, bushwalking, gardening, and reading, mostly non-fiction (world politics, biographies, philosophy and food politics).
