Qcity Podiatry and Healthcare offers you a complete range of Podiatric services, Diabetes Education and Dietary and Nutrition services. The expertise of our practitioners in their fields is extensive and broad.

 

Allan Donnelly is registered with the Department of Veterans' Affairs for podiatry services and footwear prescriptions and (a D904 rerferral is required from your GP) also with Medicare for eligible patients (a GP Allied Health Medicare Referral is required from your GP to obtain a Medicare rebate).

Tracy Harb and Bunny Upathumpa are also registered with the Department of Veterans' Affairs and Medicare for eligible patients under the Allied Health Medicare Referral program.

SCHEDULE OF FEES

 

Qcity Podaitry and Healthcare is a private billing practice and does not bulk bill

Qcity Podiatry and Healthcare's fees reflect the quality of our service. Full payment is required at the time of service by cash, Visa Card, MasterCard or Eftpos.

 

If you have a Referral Form for Individual Allied Health Services under Medicare for patients with a chronic medical condition and complex care needs from your GP, full payment is required prior to claiming your rebate. If you have a Debit or Eftpos card, we are able to claim your rebate here, saving you a trip to Medicare. Medicare usually pays the rebate back into your bank account the same or following day. Medicare will not allow rebates to be credited onto a credit card.

 

Qcity Podiatry and Healthcare is recognised by all major health funds. We are able to claim private health cover through HICAPS first and then you only need pay the gap fee.

 

If you have the 3:30pm appointment of the day, we would appreciate payment prior to your appointment so that the after school pick-up can be accommodated. We thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Consultation (half hour) with Medicare Referral (see above) from your GP                    $85

     (the current rebate is $53.80 so your out of pocket expense is $31.20)

     From 1 January 2020, consultation fees will increase to $90 and with

     a Medicare Referral your out of pocket expense is $36.20.
